In 2012, a corporate contract agreement
has been signed for the collection of
used frying oil from all properties in UAE
for recycling purposes by a specialised
company.
66 % of our restaurants participated in
the used cooking oil recycling programme
by providing it to local vendors, hence
diverting waste cooking oil from landfills
and preventing harmful liquid waste from
contaminating groundwater supplies.
